Frank has been learning Taekwon-Do with Legend Taekwon-Do in the school hall since he was 4 years old!  Now in Year 6, he’s a Black Stripe belt which means within the next 12 months he’ll be a Black Belt.  As well as taking part in gradings every few months, to work his was up the belts, Frank has also taken part in regional competitions.  This year he’s competed in the Elite Martial Arts Professional Open Championships near Bristol in April where he won the Gold medal in the Flying Kick; and the South West Open Championships in Paignton in May, where he won Gold again in the Flying Kick and Bronze in Sparring.
